Our Founder's Journey: Where It All Started
Hi, I’m Will – founder of Revive Rewire.
Growing up, I saw firsthand what hard work looked like. My dad was a builder by trade and ran big projects. Watching him manage jobs and lead teams showed me what it means to take responsibility and do a job properly.
During the school holidays, I’d sometimes head to work with him. Even just being around it all left a big impression — the pace, the problem-solving, and the pride in a job well done.
Building Expertise: Getting My Foot in the Door
After school, I trained as an electrician — and it was my grandad who helped get my foot in the door. He was still working as a tester at the time, and I had the chance to spend some days out on the job with him.
Watching how he worked — methodical, professional, and always with pride — gave me a solid example to follow. Even now, we still talk about the work and the trade. It's something we both care about, and those shared conversations have meant a lot over the years.
Six Years of Passion: Still Loving the Electrical Trade
I’m now six years into the trade, and I still enjoy it as much as I did on day one. I’ve worked across a range of projects — from commercial to domestic — building hands-on experience, sharpening my skills, and staying up to date with the latest standards.
